Booking & Arrival

• All services are by appointment only. Voice messages and texts are welcome.
• Arriving 15 minutes or more late may shorten your session or result in cancellation.
• Guardian consent is required for clients 17 and under.
• Honest answers on your intake paperwork and during your consultation help us care for you safely, and they are greatly appreciated.
• Please set your phone to vibrate during your session.
• No food in the suite, please.

Cancelling & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know the day before at a reasonable hour to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee.
• A no call, no show requires a $25 rebooking charge.
• Rescheduling two times in a row requires a $25 charge before your next appointment is booked.
• Appointments can't be swapped with another person unless approved.

Discounts & Rewards

• 10% off for veterans, first responders and students.
• Ask about our referral and loyalty rewards.
• One Groupon per client (you may buy one more as a gift).

Gift Certificates & Payments

• Prepaid gift certificates expire 120 days from the date they are issued.
• All sales are final; no refunds.
